I am a medical doctor by profession, a certified pre- & postnatal trainer, a mother of four children, and I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Throughout all of my pregnancies I have been able to exercise regularly, following my own programs, and I've continued to do so postpartum, helping me stay active, and find my strength again without overexerting myself.

Using my unique perspective with my profession and personal experience, I saw the need for good, trustworthy, and evidence-based workout programs and guidelines for pregnant and postpartum women.

My goal is to help women be physically active during pregnancy without being in pain, to feel empowered and confident going into the birthing process with strength, excitement, and a sense of control. I want every mother to feel the joy of 'finding themselves again' after pregnancy, having excess energy to take care of themselves and other family members, and to love their body - through the power of MOVEMENT!
